Shortly afterward, Coach Reynolds developed the Pitcher's Nightmare Swing Trainer so kids everywhere could understand the concept of proper extension combined with greater bat speed.

7) What size/strength/color does the Pitcher's Nightmare Swing Trainer come in?
There are two options: Youth, which would include most boys and girls with a physical maturity level of 13 years and below. And Adult, which would be most boys and girls with a physical maturity level of 14 years and up. The Youth model includes 7/16" tubing, thus providing less resistance, where the Adult model includes 1/2" tubing. The Youth model is also designated by a Bright Yellow Color Band, where the Adult model is designated by a Bright Red Color Band. |
